The seller is the man Van der Lugt directly contacts with the customer. This happens before, during and after production of the plants.

Precisely determined in advance what the customer wants to plant. During production, there is regular contact, especially in the final stages of delivery and the seller wants to hear whether everything went as it should be. The sellers are basically always on their 06-number access for the customer.
